Just like the title...most of site online are targeting common top level domain such as com, net, info etc ..

But how do we do this with country specific domain (second level domain ?) ..
Example
edu.pl,
web.pl

Expireddomains.net, Domcop or if you really want to scrape, get a copy of Domain Hunter Gatherer.

Most of the those sites online have country TLDs filter. You just need to select the extensions and perform a search.

No, I'm talking about second level domain not top level .. usually the registrar are from govt selected agency..doncop or expireddonain net doesn't gave result

I don't think it is possible to register this type of domain.

For specific extension such as web.pl, edu.pl they're not available on these tools online as far as I know.

In some country, these second level domain are available to register for public..it just we don't know which one having good metric or maybe penalty in it

Yes...most only gave result at top level only .pl , th,

@Pirsultan go to a big country specific authority site in that language. Then start scraping that site for broken links, leave you scraper on for a couple days. Once you have all the broken links, trim to root, remove duplicates, filter for your extension and check bulk availability.
