how do we report buyers not paying?

F*** EGAY!

What a crap biz they are...how the hell do we everc ontact them?

Any how 5 people this wek have won auctions on my items but decided not to pay..so i emailed them nothing. No surprises there.

Now, i want to report them but i cannot seem to click the button that allows me to report them for non payment.

Don't tell me Egay took this option away or something equally stupid?

Man..the trouble with egay is you are dealing with a bunch of f*** trailer trash bull Sh**ers.

"you didn't post it to me on Sunday.."
"I ordered 2 days ago and nothing.."
"you sent a fraudulent tracking number..." LOL I kid you not... Idiot read it wrong.
"didn't reply to my emails..." (3 hours.)
Man.....drives you crazy!

I feel your pain I really do. .Find yourself a good doctor for your high blood pressure medication as you will need it as egay is notorious for being horrific with handling any situation. Count to 10............relax
 
Click My Ebay, Awaiting Payment, then scroll down to to the item and it has drop down on the right side of it, under that will be an option that says Open Unpaid Item Case/Cancel Transaction. You have to wait a certain amount of days to be able to open a case for unpaid item, then you have to wait more days until you can close it out.
 
Yeh i have experienced problems with egay as well especially leaving negative feedback to BUYERS you just can't wth is that especially when its a damn feedback system.

A lady at my work told me she quit her full-time ebay business to come work in a call center because her doctor told her that her blood pressure was too high and she was getting too old to keep that level of stress. Its scary. Now she just like, stutters and blinks when she talks because you can tell the stress affected her physically.
 
Don't waste your time with those buyers. Put the item back on sale. If those buyers would pay you eventually, more than likely they will give you problems after receiving the product.

Words of advice : dealing on the internet goes hand and hand with smoking cigarettes. Bad for lungs - but better than your heart exploding from high blood pressure
 
Yup that happen a lot and the true is that there is nothing you can do i think all you can do is give them bad feedback, but then they can send one back to you so this is the risk when posting auction on ebay.
