In general, what is the best way to buy/invest in company shares? Ex- I want to buy some shares in Tesla. Especially for Out side of the US and Asian counties?
Is there any process or something like that?

If you are the in the USA, RobinHood is your best choice to get started. If you're in another company, you need to find listed brokers who trade in American stocks and compare fees and commissions and pick the one that works for you.
 
You will also need to declare your countries tax status to the US government through one of their numbered forms.
