I see alot of warez sites and, more surprisingly, warez forums with 1 million+ backlinks.

Those guys are pretty old school with link trading and stuff, plus there are a ton of aggregators and link sites. It's always been that way. A few sites host actual files and a ton just link.

How long would it take you to link exchange with 800,000 sites ?

Getting backlinks for warez sites is as easy as pie.. I used to own one.. One simple method is to upload files.. For example you upload inception and name the file inception_www.warez-site.com.rar

Now imagine how many leechers will upload it to their accounts and share it all over the web??
