How do VCC sellers make working vccs?

I have seen legit vcc sellers with terms - vcc should be used within 24 hrs. after that they expire. And they even reload with any custom amount as per order.

How do they even make these Amex vccs that works for paypal, bing and other verification which expires after 24 hrs?

Correct me if I am not mistaken, for making legit working vccs like this, one would need LEGIT person info like correct SSN, ID verification and such. So how do they get these SSN and other ID infos?

You're assuming too much.

It so happens that many digital banks offers VCC and you can create multiple VCCs from one account only (for some cost ofc) and this is fully legal.

The trick, however, lies in VCCs with working bins that are not banned by sellers / service providers like Paypal, Digital Ocean / Vultr etc

Not assuming but how those vccs are valid for only 24 hrs? And some sellers say any name can be used while using the VCC. So, when the digital banks as u say offers one or many vccs, the name of the account owner is associated with the VCC right? So, how does it work when any name is used?

simply, some VCC banks allows users to create only 1 (or limited like 2-4) VCC at once, so they tell their customers to use them within 24 hours so they can sell more

Also, the original motive of VCCs is to pay securely (not get unlimited trials everywhere). So, some of the banks allows users to change their name etc while paying

Search for banks which allow you to create vcc in Europe. Make a bank account there and start making vccs . I used to be a vccseller when Indian vccs used to work .
