how do u make a fake flash and java updater page?

been looking for a way to do this been seeing alot now:

1. fake flash update page - webpage must have iframe and a top layer box were i can add a loader graphic, page will ask the visitor to update their flash player to see the website. when visitor clicks install then it will start to install a program on their computer, after program is installed the visitor will be redirected to another website

2. fake java update page - webpage must have iframe and a top layer box were i can add a loader graphic, page will ask the visitor to update their Java to see the website. when visitor clicks install then it will start to install a program on their computer, after program is installed the visitor will be redirected to another website
