How do Twitter accounts grow and how do posts go viral?

I've noticed that some sites, such as obqj2.com and otieu.com, manage to attract a large number of visitors from Twitter thanks to their posts going viral.

I'm looking for concrete advice and experiences.

Come on, man, those domains look like classic throwaway 'trash sites' for arbitrage. They just pump viral stuff on Twitter, drive the traffic, drain it, and then rebrand. If you really want to replicate it, then: 1) you need a stock of accounts (because they get banned instantly), 2) push hype topics, 3) be ready that the sites last maybe a week or two max. It’s basically roulette whether it works or not. Better think what you want: quick hype or stability

How can I become like these viral pages on Twitter?
 
Those sites just use clickbait stuff to blow up. If you want safer traffic, make strong hooks, post threads with pics/vids, and drop your link in profile. Be active on trending topics that’s what gets you viral in a better way.

I just checked those sites -they seem to be down right now (404 not found). but yeah, I’ve seen similar cases where viral posts on X drive insane traffic spikes. Do you know what kind of content those domains used before they went offline?
 
Twitter growth comes from posting often, joining trends fast, and talking like a real person.

You need to patient for this. It will not happen in one day.
