they divert traffic from known sources like an expired very active domain .
just point domain to a link when amount of likes or whatever given take link down ..
re diverting traffic very popular way .
if there any good there service is used big so prices can be low ...
in the traffic niche for views ect ect usually word via mouth get them huge business
the bigger they get better traffic flow domains they buy ..

I am calculating on the basis of how much investment is required to generate 1000 views.They are not selling to one person
Even if they earn 20 to 30 cents per 1000 views the investments and profits doesn't make sense.

thst 3 million ip address like what you was charged for views..

If someone had real viral traffic, why wouldn't they direct the traffic to other offers which have a higher EPC than youtube views which are almost worthless? I never believe it's expired domain traffic or viral traffic or something when people say this. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Since if they wont their competitors will. and From what I heard most of the sellers do not even provide the service themselves they just use a big providers.
