How Do They Get 500K Index with the New Domain? (I will pay for method)

Recently, I have been seeing domains with ru, fr etc extensions in google search results.
When I look at the index number with Site:, it says nearly 500 thousand indexes.
Considering the age of the domain, it is only a few days old.
How do they do this?
I tried google api index but it is progressing very slowly.
If anyone knows, I want to buy this method. I can pay for it.

if you're honest and play fair google doesn't like you. If you hammer and spam their algo they will worship you. That is, those guys are doing real black hat stuff (hacking, link injection, spamdexing, backdoor pages, all of the things that google - like the proper whore that they are - have no answer to other than offering their behind to whoever bangs them the hardest)

I know that I've not provided any value with my answer, but I did allude to the answer (ie. real, true black hat stuff). There are some explanations on the forum on how to perform black hat stuff, just look them up as they're free (but I don't think it's advanced stuff, that stuff probably costs a ton of money and I've not seen anyone willing to share it)

No one is willing to give this out no matter the cost, I've been looking for this too.
