Anyone know how these guys on Fiverr generate views on YT?

I venture to guess something like a privtae FB group where members help each other out?

You can get more YouTube Views. Make a good quality video,Try to use content targeted keywords and create eye-catching thumbnails Share it with your friends and family, spread it on social networking websites like facebook, twitter etc

its fake views.
but they pretty smart:
make a fb page > get it 30k like also fake> post the video on it as a "promotion" > like it 100 times or so> send 1000 fake views> costumer thinks hes video
is promoted. = profit of people who dont know shit
