How do they end up in Facebook recommendations?

Hello everyone, I see a lot of similar posts in Facebook recommendations, with generated girls and a call to go to the comments for the “Full video.” How do they get into the recommendations? I tried to repeat this using 5 fan pages, posting a total of 50 posts, but none of the pages received a single view. Is there some kind of secret? Do they inflate their likes so that the algorithm notices them? Do they create new fan pages or buy old ones?
