Google Redirect links but I highly recommend not doing it. Because Ahrefs and other figured it already

They are building crappy links and redirects. The old Google redirect method is no longer working for AHREF since they've fixed the issue, but for Moz, it is still working.

The redirect method is an old way people used to deceive others with pagerank - you can take a site with PR and then cloak it so that Google indexes it and still thinks it's a real site, but then it 301 redirects everyone else to whatever site you want people tricked into thinking is real.

You can. All you have to do is find a link list that allows redirects and put your website URL there. Then write some blog comments (they can be manual or automated). Google won't index these, but Moz will pick up these links. Remember, this adds zero value to your link profile and you are just faking the metrics.
