How do these parody accounts on twitter who are just a day old or whatever end up with tens of thousands of followers?? And endless retweets. Can you buy an account like this ?

Fake followers, gives off fake authority, makes people to follow more, process is automated by bots to tweet,retweet..

Bots like that don't come for free, if you search you might find one for a trial.
