There Are Still Ads direct linking for clickbank products how do they do it for example search for the diet solution program

you need to use some clocking technique to redirect user. 301 redirect won't work. you need to clock URL such a way .. when user click the ads he will redirect to affiliate offer .. but when adwords spider see the ad .. they should see some xyz dummy page .

We are blackhat PPC guys and can do it .

I saw a lot of ads are using this method but I don't know how can they hidden
their redirect codes.
