How do they are uploading PDF

Lately I am noticing some people uploading pdf files for driving traffic to their main site

seattledesigncenter.com/sites/sdc/files/live_stream_raiders_vs_buccaneers_live.pdf

colorado.edu/pts/sites/default/files/webform/Raiders-vs-Buccaneers-Live-Stream-Sopcast-30.pdf

How they are able to upload such pdf ?

Not too sure what you mean? If you mean show pdf on your site and you use wordpress this this will do it

Just create a Directory and add your .pdf files

seattledesigncenter.com/sites/sdc/files (Their directory is called "files")

That is probably a hacked site that somebody has created the directories on, it is a spam technique.

ok, but that's just for adding a pdf as an attachement, the one i added was to show an actual pdf.

When you put a pdf as a link it becomes a
Download for that file.

The pdf File is in the folder ,the script is in.

Yea That's the method they are currently using. They probably using some sort of footprint to do the uploading part. A large number of websites being promoted via these junk pdf's and they are ranking quite welll
