I have seen products in shopping ads that were clearly replica with fake stores etc. How do they do? Because Google is so careful with that and there are pictures etc so that should not be accepted? How?

Such ads require cloaking and old accounts with a solid GMC.
it requires work, a lot of patience but its doable if you use the right tools

Any examples you have seen that you can attach here?

Getting replica products into Shopping Ads can be tricky due to the strict policies on major ad platforms. Focus on creative approaches, like positioning your product in terms of “style” or “inspired by” a high-end brand. If you're targeting Google Shopping, ensure your feed and data are properly optimized and that you're compliant with any platform guidelines to minimize the risk of disapproval.

they use cloaking + miscoded listings, so Google reviewers see a clean “fashion” page while buyers see replicas. checkout runs through white-label or aggregator accounts to mask merchant identity. Google eventually bans them, but they rotate domains fast it’s a constant cat-and-mouse game.

People don't think it happens that often. Some vendors get fake products into Google Shopping advertisements by utilizing photographs that look legitimate and fast changing domains before Google's system discovers them. What I think is best is Always read the seller's reviews, make sure the website is old enough, and watch out for pricing that are too low. Google is stringent, but scammers are quick, so the best way to protect yourself is to keep aware.

Some fake or replica sellers bypass Google checks by using stolen images, fake business info and temporary websites. They often get approved automatically before detection, but Google usually removes them once reported or flagged by users.
