How do these people get approved to adsense?

Hello, I've seen a bunch of accounts who post remixes of popular songs and have adsense ads. What about copyright? I bet they don't have permissions for all every song they remix. How do they get accepted to adsense?

If it's very remixed it's "fair use", risky, but it's a defence...

But I guess in this case its just not worth trying to take the video down, the copyright owners wont gain much from this

Just remember, just because everybody is doing it doesnt mean its ok. Take care.

Try to learn a little more about fair use so you can make your own decisions.

It may be that the videos have matched 3rd party content, which means ads will be shown on behalf of the 3rd party (something along them lines)

Yea I was just going to say this. 3 hours music video... must be on someone else adsense
