How do these guys get followers?

I have found a few large instagram accouns in the PokemonGO hacks niches but am seriously curious how they get followers.. Search pokemongorarest and satisfiedvideo in IG and you will see these guys have like 100k followers and post a pokemongo offer link in their bio. Doesn't make sense tho because won't people know that its fake, how do they end up getting followers its not like they have funny content just clickbaits.

Probably bought the accounts or something, that's my first thought

Accounts can be renamed, so they probably just change niche from something else to pokemon
