This guy just has good editing skills, if you look at the 4:05 mark you see the counter stop once he moves the phone further away from the screen,
around the 4:08 mark you see the counter start right back up. It's just editing . . . this is a cpa trick to get people to believe the hacktools work which makes stupid people like me and yourself fill out a survey, classic cpa tactic ;-)

Assuming #1: it's video editing software. Anything with motion tracking will keep the animation in the right position, even as you move your source material. For example: http:xximgur.com/gallery/21QJ0
But I'm going to go with the other theory here: it's clearly an Android phone. Probably rooted. There's plenty of offline hack tools for these games. They can give you unlimited everything offline. As soon as you go online the server of Supercell checks and it's all gone again.
Clever marketing, no more, no less. But definitely not a 'working online hack'.

I tried with game guardian but didn't have success. Any recommendations?
