How do thease websites make money?

I see lots of big pages posting links to these sort of websites why? and do they make money ?

well if you click on one of the post, you can see adbanners. I don't know if that is adsense as I have never been in adsense.
 
It has 5k alexa rank so it's getting decent traffic and it has 3 adsense blocks so yes it's making money.
 
I can't see any ads on the website , i see those alot too !! there are no ADS not what so ever ! NOTHING , i open the posts , see different categories .. nothing , i think the ads are geo-targeted , i'm from Tunisia ! and why would they make adsense blocks geo targeted ?!

Probably because no one is paying for Tunisia traffic? Or you have adblock.

yea they are using mylikes to promote there website and must be earning as i earn from mylikes as well with promoting same websites
