I keep up with so many of the "Gurus" via their email lists, blogs, etc. That is all well and fine. I know that Google doesn't release their algos and thats all well and good, but... How are the experts keeping up to date with the changes that are made sometimes freakishly fast? Now I know its all a lot of guessing, and "reverse engineering" but how would I go about getting ahold of this information for my self or anyone else? Sorry if this is against forum rules but was just curious. Mods, if this is feel free to delete.

They ask Matt Cutts I suppose since these "Gurus" always mentioned in their newsletters/lists they have many secret good friends, buddies, blah blah...

webmasterworld.com has been analyzing google for 10 years.
It's whitehat and really boring with some occasionally intense info.

It's easy.

Matt Cutts's blog

Google's blog

Google Webmaster's Blog

If you want to know anything about Google, those are the 3 I recommend you follow.

Knowing what's coming will keep you 1 step ahead of your competition all the time. This can make a big difference in any campaign you have.
