how do streaming sites make money

I have a few question i always see many streaming sites with many mirrors when watching the walking dead or game of thrones even with adblock enabled, so i am wondering how streaming sites make money.

Do they use cpm or cpc

do they still get paid even if adblock is enabled

if you know of any advertisers that are used to make money on streaming tv sites and anime streaming sites please let me know thanks in advance

I think they use content locker during the half a video plays. Visiter has to complete an CPA offer then continue to watch the stream.

They use both CPC and CPM, not all are having adblocker.

Mainly advertising I'd say. CPA is a big one but CPM, CPI sometimes.
