How do some pages such as @tgpu post 100+ times a day without getting restricted. In some accounts of mine, when I try posting 3 times within a minute, and I get an error message saying “this reel won’t be shared because your account may not follow guidelines” or smth among those lines. How does he post 100+ reels a day with such good engagement? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Maybe the number of followers and the age of the account allow him to post more times per day. I've found that with new accounts, it even limits the ability to follow many users per day.

Same here, it’s crazy how they pull that off without getting flagged. Might be using aged accounts or some kind of posting strategy to stay under the radar. Definitely curious how it works too.

The error you're getting is Instagram flagging you for spam because you're posting too many reels too fast on a less-established account.
Accounts like @tgpu can post 100+ times daily because they have:
- High Trust Score: Old, established accounts with consistent good engagement get more leeway.
- Engagement: Their posts get good engagement, signaling value to IG.
- Spaced Out Posting: They likely use schedulers to spread posts throughout the day, not all at once.
- Slowly increase frequency. Don't dump 3+ reels in a minute.
- Space out your posts. Use a scheduler.
- Focus on HIGH engagement. Quality over quantity, especially early on.
- Build account age/trust. Consistent good behavior over time.

Yeah, big pages like that usually warm up accounts slowly, build trust over time, and use aged accounts with clean histories. They also might automate posting smartly and avoid spammy behavior early on. New accounts posting too fast will almost always trigger limits.

i check the Accounts. The first one is created in january 2025 and have now 575k Follower.
The tgpubanned has 34.5k now.
