how do some channels get qualified within 2 to 3 weeks?

so if a channel has got an ample amount of views within a short period, do they have used fake views?
what about the following channels?
I searched yukfa bread and saw this video has got 290 k views, with 1k subscribers, and the first video was made 2 weeks ago

and this one has got 3 million views and the channel was made a few months ago with 35k subscribers

and most of the videos on those channels, have roughly huge views compared to the number of subscribers and within a short period.
