All I hear is buy views from here and there but I'd like to ask..how are they providing their views? are they some like special coders who know how to break some type of system and generate multiple ips and proxy stuff? Like I have minimum knowledge on this type of stuff.
HOW do these panels get their views? how can they provide 1 million views? where do they get them from?

I also wanna know but they wont say. Its a well kept secret.
