I want to add a recipe component to a health site I'm building. However, there is no way I'm going to be able to take my own photos. And stock photography wouldn't work well since it wouldn't be an exact representation of the recipe
So, I notice Buzzfeed has a website they own called Tasty.co. I decided to see how they're handling recipe photos, since I can't imagine they'd actually do any original work themselves.
Check out this recipe they have:

After a reverse image search I found where they ripped it from:
https://www.johnfmartinmeats.com/single-post/2017/10/05/Bacon-and-Asparagus-Twists
Now Buzzfeed has copy pasted the recipe word for word along with the image, and they haven't even linked back to the source.
The source also states in their footer: © 2017 John F. Martin & Sons, LLC. All rights reserved. Copy and/or distribution in any form is prohibited
How exactly is this allowed? Because I'd like to do the same thing.
