I read so many blogs about SEO and I'm wondering how do all these are getting information about google, google bot and seo?

Most of the blogs are gurutards trying to sell you a keyword tool through their affiliate link, or the same old faces all stroking each others egos in their jerk circle by refering to each others blogs.

There's probably a couple of blogs worth reading, the rest are fine to skim over.

Also if you see any still talking about PR, run a mile.

If you can check closely, most of them are just useless topics blown over by the so-called SEO gurus. Don't get confused by them, testing all by yourself and finding success is very effective
