How do RSUZA work?

Hey, everybody, I wanted to try out RSUZA offers on CpaBuild, when I checked them out and tried to complete them they just send me down a rabbit hole of 1000000 offers that you have to complete. Don't get how people are able to complete them and how come they have such a high EPC.

If you are not from the US then they will redirect the traffic from other offer and do not get credit. Also you could get banned for completing your own offer.

Yeah, I know I could get banned but the point wasn’t to complete it I just wondered how far you have to get into it for it to register
