How do put interval in between runs on FL?

I want to be able to pause my FL at least 10 Mins before it starts following/liking another BATCH of users/photos again. is this possible? Thank you!

Go to 'File', scroll over 'General', select 'settings'. A pop-up box will appear. Under the 'General' tab, pick how many accounts you want to run per proxy (four accs per proxy is recommended). 'Account Threads' is the number of accounts you want to run. And 'Automation Interval' would be the place you enter your desired intervals. You can set the first to 10, and the second to 13, or 17. The first interval would be 10 minutes, and the second; 13 or 17. You have the option of picking two intervals because at only one interval, over a period of time, IG will notice the precise automation and automatically assume your accounts are bots. But with two different settings, you could somewhat trick Instagram into thinking your accounts are being run by humans because of the random timing. Hope this helps.

By the way, regarding proxies, I'm using 7 accounts in one proxy but I make sure that only three of them run at the same time. Is that going to be a problem still? Thanks again!

When I first started out -- before I purchased IG proxies -- I had 8 accounts. I used them all on my ISP IP. But never all at the same time. I would run them in turns (4 at a time) until their task limits were reached, and then switch to the other four. I had no issues, but this happened only for a couple of weeks before someone on here recommended that I get proxies. Maybe someone else whose had more experience with this can help.

P.S. Don't be too aggressive with your settings when using the same proxy (or even more proxies for that matter). Especially now that IG's been hitting hard.

My buddy uses 10 accounts per IP. He's a pretty cheap dude but at the same time he doesn't do anything aggressive. All his settings are pretty low and it's enough to stay under the radar.

I guess it's time to buy a proxy just for my peace of mind haha. Thank you, doing 800 follows and no unfollows, might add 500 likes today.
