I was wondering that how exactly do proxy providers get the servers to host their proxies.
If they host it on normal cloud VPS like digitalocean, OVH etc then they will soon get violation notice as some of their clients will try to access some illegal content from the proxies and so their account is at risk of termination. Also the VPS providers aren't cheap if you want to scale.
So how do these guys get so many servers?
