How do ppc websites make money?

I allways saw on ppc sites ads like 500 views = 2.00$

and den like click on 500 ads earn 4$ how are they making money?

dont they loose this way?

Most of them are all scams anyways - they payout new members with old members money ( like a HYIP but this one is a bit advanced and lives longer)
I used to run one Bux site (won't give a name) but I got in about 2months to it 70k members and raked in near $10k with it (only from upgrades and referrals)
 
I am thinking of opening up one, so basicly i have to do it like 500 views for advertisers 5$

and 500clicks for publishers 3$ and i make 2$ profit ?

Any guides in this forum of how to open a ppc site?
 
Most of them are scams ?? Yea...maybe...they keep on delaying the payment..so that got time to absorb NEW funds inorder to pay out to the OLD members...

Plus the fact that some of the OLD members will get tired of waiting for the payment, and will give up ( and not cashing out the money they have ).

I've thought about building one, but it's a scam in the end.
I'd rather steal money from the big guys like Egay and such, than poor people on third world countries that invest their money on this kind of websites and hope to get some back.
 
So what will be a non scam way to build such a site using ppc ?
 
I've managed to cashout $320 to my payoneer card on bux.to, but I still have 175$ on the acc to cashout, but they have been "delaying" the payments since ever, so fuc* them..

Their ninja script was supposed to come out almost one year now lol
 
Then theres no profit... i give up i really dont know what im gunna do with my domain... :(
