Hey fam,
I found a few platforms that sell expired domains, I wonder if they actually buy those domains and then resell them to other people?

Some have already bought the domains, others have a list of them that you can search through, without the exact domain name, like metrics / category, etc. Others offer a list with expired domains with metrics, and you pay a monthly fee so you can search through that list.

Some platforms buy the expired domains and then sell while some are platforms connecting buyers with sellers.

Yes, they buy these expired domains and then sell. They have a team for this and are this able to catch good domains earlier.
