How do people send mobile views rather than high retention?

I'm not wanting HR views, im wanting mobile views, they're usually much cheaper. How do people do it? Got a few clients

Well, you use to be able to pull down the RTSP stream with an RTSP client, and each "view" had to be from a unique ip address. That no longer works after the last update.
