How do people sell facebook, twitter account with website ?

Hi,
I've seen many people offering facebook, twitter accounts while selling a website. Don't such accounts get banned ?

Anyone ? no idea ? Is there any risk giving up facebook or twitter account to the website buyer ?

So... if you have seen many of them.. in long term of time.. and people buy them.. so that's mean what.. my clever friend ?

Accounts not get banned just because they are created on different IP, and if you use private proxy with that type of accounts they will be fine in long term

I was basically referring to flippa where people sell fb,tw accounts along with websites. I have no idea if its against TOS of FB/Tw.
