How do people post an article to 1,000 blogs?

To create backlinks, people spin an article and add your links to it, and publish the articles in over 1,000 blog posts for $5 (in fiverr or Seoclerk).

It is easy to spin an article with available software programs, but how they post it to 1,000 blogs?

I mean how they have 1,000 blogs to publish there?

Is there any trick or service to have access to 1,000 blogs to publish?

Is money robot any good right now? I heard mixed reviews in the first half of 2015

To post to 1,000 blogs, what % uniqueness do the spun articles need to be to each other (i.e >70%?)

Many of the softwares available for content spinning. But don't use too much. It may harm your site.
