How do people post affiliated link on YT comments?

upvotes only help you to rank your comments, could it be something about the uploaders comment restrictions? have you tried to comment in different videos?

that comment is ghosted now it was alive few minutes earlier.
But I guess yes they are using upvotes to boost them not fully sure about the links.
 
Maybe that channel has not enabled spam detection. That's all.
 
soon i will make a thread explain this methode now its gold but after my thread it will be sh*t for some people ;)
 
It looks like getpocket has disabled this option to redirect links
 
there was a lot of tricks on how to do this... basically you need a link shortnerer which is not blacklisted by Youtube comments. For ex: maps.google/(redirect link)/ etc..
