How do people mass upload like this?

Today i decided to give ppd another shot, since last time it was unsuccessful because Youtube deleted all my videos. I was searching for some niches and videos to download to then edit, when i came across accounts with hundreds of youtube videos uploaded at the same time all with download links and some are even repeated.. How do people even do this? I suppose that they are using some software or bot, but i'm surprised that after 40 minutes the account is not banned yet.. Any thoughts? I find it interesting.
