WordPress(.org not .com). It's more confusing than some would let on at first but once you've learned the basics you'll be able to build sites quickly and more importantly know its limitations and how to work around them with plugins and the customizations it allows for.
The good news is there are a ridiculous amount of tutorials to get you started and once you have a clearer idea of what you want to build dozens more to cover just about anything you'll need to do.
As a basic WordPress "stack," I would recommend learning: Elementor (the Pro license is worth it if you have the money but free works fine with most things and can be supplemented with plugins), WooCommerce (if you plan on doing any ecommerce, selling products, subscriptions, affiliate stuff etc.), and basic cacheing for speed optimization. You should also get familiar with Functions.php and how to start copying and pasting/writing your own functions for your sites where full plugins aren't needed. From there, you can find plugins for just about anything and tutorials for things plugins can't do out of the box. If you're looking for really custom work, I would learn Custom Post Types and the basics of how WordPress works to start doing really custom work. If you don't have/can't afford hosting while you learn WP, download MAMP to run WordPress locally and get a plugin like All In One Migration to help you move it to a live site easily once you're ready. Google Cloud also does (did?) provide essentially free hosting for small websites under the GCP Free Tier. It's a bit confusing to setup the first time but again there's many tutorials and it's worth learning.
Since it's BlackHatWorld, I'd also tip you off to the fact that almost all paid WordPress plugins and themes are under the GPL license, meaning they can technically be redistributed for free. You should pay for a plugin if you have the means and it's worth it for the support once you make any real money, but in the meantime you can find sites that collect paid GPLs for a flat subscription fee or even totally free (at your own risk). Search "wordpress gpl plugins" on Google and you'll find a few options.
Broadly, the theme here is to learn the basics of how WordPress works, then get very good at Googling your problems and spending the time to follow tutorials and hack things together until they work. You will get better over time and should be quite proficient after a couple hundred hours of work.
WordPress has been a real gift to me in allowing me to build sites rapidly and test out ideas before investing tens of thousands into them, and if you'd like me to write a more detailed guide on how I use WordPress to build business, ecommerce, membership etc. sites let me know and I will put one together when I have some time.

Don't think in terms of technology, but think in terms of how the things work. Web development can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning, because there probably are too many choices to do the same thing.

Forget about code for now. First get the basics right.
How does a "server" return output to your browser?
Why is https secure and http isn't?
What are ports?

How do the browsers render content?
What is showing content with JavaScript vs rendering content along with the initial server response?

How does the server store different kind of data like images, your name and so on?

How and why does a server store information on your machine?


If you first understand these, it will be much less confusing as to why (or why not) wordpress, or xyz.

Website development is not an exact science. It depends on how you want your information to reach the user (or vice e verse).

Learning takes time, by the way. Don't expect to know everything within a month coz you really can't. Take the time.

You tube is the best platform to learn website designing. There is no need to take any formal course. Instead of getting into a course, go and spend some money and get a legit direct personal license of a nice fast and user friendly Wordpress theme. Enrol into the support forum, participate, go through their documentation, watch their how to user videos and I bet, you will become a knowledgeable Wordpress website designer within a month. Some videos on your tube are really good as in they are basic, step by step oriented, watch while it’s done kind of tutorial along with the narration of how and why those steps are essential. I am sure you will grab the subject fast:

That's because they aren't making their first website.

Back when I created my first website, I sat on my computer for 5-6 hours daily and all I could do was fix the lengths of my website content box and change the font with a few tweaks on my header and footer.

It becomes easier with time.

I'm sure a lot of people code them from scratch, but unless you have a few years to learn web development then stick to WordPress. Start with an easy site to make, just to get to know the platform.

I used to use wordpress but always disliked how bloated it felt.

I instead decided to try making my last site in only html and it has been so much more satisfying. I have also added javascript to the mix for some functions to do what wordpress would do like templates for adding a new post; so just call the function and add the title and contents.

Much better way imo.

with plugins like wp-script you can create porn sites in literally minutes and its mostly already done for you ive created 3 at the same time just moving between 3 tabs.
monetizing with popcash (it has a wordpress plugin) is as simple as adding your site to your account list and adding 2 codes in to your sites plugin page, exoclick or other banner service again add site to you account then create a 300 x 250 ad and copy and paste in to preset ad slots in the theme.

WordPress, buy a good theme, its not that hard to make a website nowadays.

People easily made because it is related to their field, you may have different field which is difficult for technical people might be.

WP is just too simple.

Jump in, play with it, understand how shit works.
It wont take a week nor a month, but play with it, explore it, the more you test, the more you will learn.
Who cares if you break it, this site is purely for testing, delete it and redo. Keep trying until you are comfortable in where things are at.

Understand how WP work first.
Once you have a better understanding, know your direction, sit down and plan what you want your site to do, how you are gonna achieve it.
Then execute your plan.

Oh oh and be very careful with the wordpress shit. Because its a son of a bitch because you always have to worry about wordpress updates and plugin updates and all that SHIT!

And then you really need to know coding or spend money to get someone to patch things up for you.

My favorite sites are static HTML/PHP/CSS sites. Anything other than that comes with expenses and headache.

Wordpress is the easiest. You don't really have to spend time on learning specifically. You can follow youtube tutorials and learn about pretty much anything while developing your website.

fact is, like in all things where ppl are new no its not easy,

before learning it, but is it worth it? Absolutely.

If you don't like the WP-scipts plug-ins you can still use the theme with word press plug ins. The tube themes can be customized same as any other wordpress themes. The wp scripts are set for porn sites so it is more of a time saver than anything else.
Talk about scripts that suck and smart tube pro has my vote for crappy and unsupported.
