How do people get top 10 for their search?

When you search "fifa 15" the first search example is "fifa 15 coin generator here www.cheats4top.com"

How did someone rank it as top 1, when obviously no one really searched for it? Did they get a bot and searched this sentence a tons of times?

That website is not ranking number one for fifa 15 in my location.

As far as I know Google does not include domain names in their search suggestions.

It is not showing on the top 10 for me so I am guessing it was reported and taken down. Maybe the unlisted method?

Are you typing in "fifa 15" in the youtube search bar and then the example comes in the drop down list?
