I see people upload things that we're literally just live 3 minutes ago and they are able to upload it super fast and have 301 views immediately. How is this possible?

depends on the amount of subscribers they have..some viewers view the video immediately its posted,thus the 301+views shows super fast.

there are still views scripts that work... but i doubt those people have them...

they either buy views, or already have a fan base that checks their videos.

There is someone who boosts video with 1k+ views and uploads the same video every day in niche with max 10 views/day,I don't now if he is just dumb or have something that gets him views for free
