How do people even run FB ads?

I'm writing this out of desperation and curiosity to understand how people are able to successfully run Facebook ads.

Despite trying various methods (such as getting new computers, buying accounts, using different IP addresses, etc.), I still encounter store-ruining problems while running Facebook Ads. It's important to note that I follow Facebook's policies. Currently, I'm using antidetect strategy (if you know you know) to run Facebook Ads, but the amount of effort and work required is overwhelming.

I often wonder if there's an easier way to run ads, or if no one would bother with it if it were this difficult. That's why I'm posting this. Do agency accounts help overcome these issues? Do others encounter these restrictions, or is it just a few of us? What strategies have you used to avoid getting penalized by Facebook?

Currently, I'm selling products that fall into a gray area of Facebook's policies, to be honest. However, I've tried selling almost everything in the past and would like to explore selling products outside of my current niche. Unfortunately, Facebook has always been a difficult platform to work with, and I'm seeking some peace of mind without having to switch entirely to other platforms.

There is no gray area when it comes to Facebook policies; it's either black or white. The rulebook has been revised, rendering the use of farms and cloaking obsolete. While Facebook is more challenging than ever, it appears that you want to launch and succeed quickly, which is unlikely to happen. Simply put, the days of exploiting loopholes and shortcuts are long gone, and we must adapt to the new reality.
To avoid getting banned, it's best to start advertising something harmless with a low spend and gradually increase it over time. Once you build trust with the platform, you can start promoting more exotic products. While it's possible to get banned for seemingly no reason, it's often easier to resolve issues with customer support when there is nothing nefarious going on. I personally sold a product that resembles a pharmaceutical but was actually in a different category, and I faced consistent issues on all platforms except for France's Amazon, which was a significant challenge.
 
May I ask what antidetect are you using?
 
Do you run your own product ads by yourself and no one supports you?

Haha, the people that know things like to overcomplicate them, to hype up their own knowledge.

In reality, Facebook has not changed that much. Yes, they are more strict, but that is to be expected. If you follow their rules, Facebook is easy and will work. You don't have to jump through endless hula-hoops to churn a ROAS of 2.

Noticed that black hat products are still running normal ads. How is the quality of the account you use? You have used cloaking and still get banned, you should change your landing page link
 
You should find a reputable and experienced account agent, I think they will solve your problem.
