Crabs are just spiders and lobsters are just cockroaches, of the sea of course. It's like one day during some evolutionary event, a family of spiders were washed in to the ocean and forced to adapt to the environment. Over time, through some luck or skill the spiders and cockroaches adapted to the ocean and developed underwater in to what you see fishermen catching. I swear if someone had the balls to taste tarantula meat with garlic butter, it would probably taste similar. In seafood spots as a kid I would look at people scarfing down big crab legs... Do they taste that good? I'll eat fried shrimp or bluefish, or maybe some other fish but crabs and lobsters just cross the line.
