How Do People DropShip Items from Amazon under $35?

I am considering dropshipping from amazon to ebay, but I am curious about something. A lot of the items people dropship from amazon are below $35 so they have to pay shipping on them. So if they are selling a bat for $15 on ebay and it cost $12 on amazon more than likely with shipping it'll cost $17 to order on amazon. This can't be correct of course. I see people who sells thousands of items and people who sell a few dozens do this. How do they avoid the shipping charges and not lose money?

They have amazon prime and you get free 2 day shipping. You can put on your ebay listing free 2 day shipping and get a lot more sales than other dropshippers. Amazon prime has a free trial so you don't even have to pay upfront.
