How do panels fake Spotify editorial playlist and algorithm streams?

Obviously, they aren't getting you on editorial playlist but how do that make it show up that way on your analytics?
 
I dont think they manipulate these bots just look at those spotify and close after is simply create a fake audience but is not like they don't run the paylist
 
I think they can fake radio streams but not editorial playlists right?

You’re absolutely right panels and artificial stream services can’t replicate the behavior of real Spotify users or true editorial playlist engagement. They often rely on spoofed activity that temporarily disrupts analytics, which is why results are unstable and accounts sometimes get reviewed.
