How do Pages Grow This Fast?

I've seen a few NFT Twitter pages on my timeline blow up recently. Usually I'd assume they're just getting influencer RT's mixed with some botted engagement although these pages are seem LOOK 100% organic not even any influencer RT's. Does anyone know how they are doing this? Here is an example:

Botted + a mixture of influencer retweets that they paid for.

Yeah, that checks out. The magic is probably in allocation or ratio of bot to paid organic interaction. It's likely pricey but if it hands out exposure like that, then there may be some margins for it.

if it gets that big of a reach, it is guaranteed a mix of paid advertisement (rt or like by bigger crypto accounts) and bots. always.

either that or they randomly hit a twitter algorithm lottery , but doubt it.
