How do OG emails work?

If i create a new account with an original email and decide to sell it later, is the buyer able to fully secure the account by changing the email and phone number?
Isn't the seller still able to restore the account no matter what?

If the Buyer changes the Email,Email's Password,Enables 2fa for Email ID,Instagram's Password,Unlinks any Facebook Account/Page if any,Changes/Removes Phone Number with his own one and enables 2fa,Seller cannot get it back again.

I used a temporary phone number website for one of my instagram accounts and the people/bot from the website changed all the profile information, i was still able to get it back with my og email even though it happened every few hours untill "they" just gave up. That got me confused on how emails work

If you are going to create a new instagram account I suggest you create an exclusive email for you to deliver both ... It doesn't matter if you associate new backup information to instagram, in my experience it is always possible that with the creation email you can recover ig account

If the buyer changes gets the OG email with pass and manages to change it then he will have full access to that email and you won't be able to take it back.
