I'm a newbie and I want to be able to send PMs but the 15 messages rule doesn't allow me to. I have been getting around the forums but the messages bar stays intact. How do they increase?

I don't like it when someone joins and all they seem to want to do is have the facility to send PMs.
Why do you need to send them ? If you're interested in a service or product, post on the thread for the OP to PM you, then you can reply.
If you'd read the rules, you'd notice Lounge posts don't count, as it was just a way for spammers to bump up their post count by posting drivel.

It's funny how as @Zwielicht keeps mentioning the number of new accounts who stop posting when they reach the magical 15 posts though.
