How do link indexing tools work?

They post the url containing the link to places googlebot finds often. High PR sites get crawled more often.

It depends from indexing service. Most of them creats spammy sites with many obl and blasting them to get indexed (mostly Wordpress/other kind of high authority blogs).

you can ping your own website to try and get indexed fast .

The link is good stuff but wouldn't google know if you were using one account api to index all your domains (PBN, web 2.0, etc...)?

How does Indexing a backlink works?
As I understand, it is different process from indexing a link/url?
By using indexing tools, will it increase spam score of website?
