How do keep your mail accounts from expiring?

Most Mail Accounts have an expiration date (often something like they delete your mail account if you don't log in for something like 6-12months)

Let's say you have like thousands of mail accounts - How do you make it so that your mail accounts don't expire?

I guess I could put all of them in something like Thunderfox or Outlook but I also guess they will ban those accounts immediately if they see that thousands of mail accounts log in every few months from one IP.

So, how do you guys keep your mail accounts from expiring don't they get banned?
Is there a tool or method for that?

This might work:
Have a script that scrapes proxies and then send emails from these accounts via smtp with let's say C#.
If you dont log in via the web interface perhaps changing ips wont raise red flags.
Not sure tho

Create new ones if they expire. Or you are going too use thousands of them for some purpose ?

Yeah I heard that BlackHatSeos usually create or buy new ones which I think isn't the best solution in my case.

There are already many accounts from different sites linked to those mail accounts (and I want to keep these mail accounts long term in case you need to verify something or something else - it's always a good idea to have the
linked mail account)
or let's say you have something like redit accounts that are already linked to mail accounts and you just want the accounts to age
(to sell them or use them yourself / do something with it in a few years)
