How Do Incent (Freebie) Sites Work?

Hey. I was wondering, how exactly do freebie sites/scripts like Project RAFS check if the user completed the offer or not? Do they login to your affiliate network accounts, check cookies, or what? Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

You can do postback reporting on the affilate network side, I have found it to be a little unreliable, but mostly it works. Also you could just do the manual checking of it, but if I were you, I wouldn't use Project RAFS, use FSRevolution.

Yes, use FSRevolution as its the only software out there still supported and updated.

Now, they are able to know because when the freebie software passes you to the offer, they place your user ID on the freebie site into the URL. When the offer is completed and the offer is credited to the freebie site's affiliate network account, the freebie site owner can check the reports and in the report it will say something like "subid=xxxxx" << where xxxx is your freebie site user ID.

The freebie site owner can then go to the freebie site admin section, search for the user ID and when they see it's yours, they'll credit you. This is the manual process I've picked up on.

However, postback is used often which is automated and allows for a "ping" to be sent from the advertisers confirmation page to a file on the freebie site that will receive the "ping" and automatically assign the proper credit to your account.

I have been looking at FSRevolution but cant find a nulled version of it (really did not look hard). I wonder if I got it if its something my wife could manage.

I'm pretty sure your wife could manage it. If you want, you can check out the demo at the link below. Only issue with the demo is that its READ-ONLY. So you can show her everything, BUT, you can't change the demo.

EDIT: For anyone interested, there apparently is a member here with a nulled version but is charging $150.00 for a copy of it. Search around, I'd highly suggest just buying a license for that much.

Nah, I dont have it. If you get enough ppl you can get unlimited license for $700 and split the cost. There really needs to be a group buying section (locked down of course) on this forum.

A lot of ppl claim to be selling a nulled version. Good luck not getting you money stolen.

Maybe buy it for $700 and then sell domains with it preinstalled. You could make money back

I don't have it nulled, its another member on here that has it nulled. I'd personally prefer to have purchased it so its legit. Plus, people can now check and validate whether your license is real or not now.

For me right now its a toss up between "Price Comparison Script" and "FS Resolution"

I can't tell you how these scripts do it since I have never used one of them, but I, as a programmer, would use the networks web API to check for the leads. Pretty much all of them have an API that is fairly easy to query.
